We recommend our friends show up about 10 minutes early, but if you are a first-time friend, we ask you to come in 20 minutes before your appointment. When you arrive, you will speak with our front desk and check-in for your appointment. Our Practitioners clean, disinfect, and customize the room for you and your treatment. You have the option to have a seat in two different lobbies depending on your preference. Once the room is set up, your Practitioner will come in and let you into the room. Our Practitioner will walk you through the process and answer any questions about the treatment. Once you feel comfortable, we can get started!
We recommend our friends showing up with a clean and make-up free face. We use a professional-grade facial cleanser to make sure all dirt and make-up are off your face. This cleanser works best with a clean face.
If you are new to SG Essentials, we have a medical health history form you will need to fill out. If you have been here before and something has changed, please let your Practitioner know about any medical changes. We want to provide you with the best treatment possible and we can only do that with all current and accurate information.
If you must cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours in advance.
Payment is due in full at the end of the appointment. Currently, we do not have any payment plans. But we do have a VIP membership that you can pay a monthly subscription for discounted services and products along with other rewards!
Depending on your treatment there could be many things to avoid but here are a few common tasks you will need to complete or avoid. After your treatment, ask your Practitioner for details.
- Drink lots of water!
- Avoid any exfoliants for a couple of days to let your skin heal
- Avoid the sun and wear sunscreen
- Avoid applying makeup right after your appointment, it may irritate your skin
You can come as you are! We have robes our friends can use during the treatment, so you can be nice and cozy.
Yes! We have gift cards available; you can call us or swing by to purchase.
We can treat all ages with a wide range of conditions, but we like to see anyone who is above 8 years old.
