What is the O-Shot?
The O-Shot is a quick, comfortable, non-surgical procedure that takes about 20 mins. This procedure is used to treat urinary incontinence that many women notice when they cough, sneeze, exercising or waiting too long to use the restroom. What is the Process?
The O-Shot comes from the Vampire family treatment. We start by numbing the vaginal area. While the numbing cream works its magic. We do a simple blood draw. We then place your blood in a centrifuge. This spins your blood so fast that it separates the red blood cells from the platelets and plasma. Once the blood separates, we fill a syringe with the platelet plasma. We sterilize the area, to prevent infection, and inject the plasma into the various parts of the vaginal area, like the clitoris and upper vagina. Our friends do not feel any discomfort other than the prick of a needle. You may be tender and swollen around the injection sites but will resolve within a day. Our friends notice a difference with a couple of days. But the full effect takes about 2-3 weeks.
